We maintain a fleet of Twin Commanders stationed at our airfields across the country. The Twin Commander is a dependable and economical option for any charter flights that we’ve used for countless missions.

We also own a Learjet 35A business jet for missions where speed is the top priority. We only own one jet, so for short notice missions, we can’t guarantee that it will be available in your city. That being said, our Twin Commanders can still travel fast to be at any destination within hours.

We can fly to virtually any city in the contiguous United States from any of our locations. Long routes may require brief refueling stops, but we can get your cargo wherever you need to go within a matter of hours with our organ transportation in Kansas City.

The max range for our Twin Commanders is 1,100 statute miles. The Learjet 35A has a range of 2,700 statute miles.

We will do everything we can to accommodate any of your needs. We regularly transport organs from the destination airport to nearby hospitals to prepare for transplant. With our door-to-door delivery service, we can even arrange to pick up the organ in the departure city to relieve stress and streamline the process.
