Spirit of St. Louis Airport is less than 20 miles from Lambert and allows vastly increased freedom and flexibility when it comes to our shipments. They have much lower air traffic, letting us take off quickly after receiving your cargo. And for private flights, the lack of people is a benefit as well. We have 2 different planes we can use for your flight. Our passenger-configured Twin Commander 500s are smaller, propeller-driven planes that form the core of the Central Air fleet. We also own a Learjet 35A that can be chartered for private jet transportation.

We can work fast if you’re looking for a private flight and request only 2 days of advance notice. In an emergency, we may be able to work with even less notice. Just reach out as soon as you can to discuss a private flight.

Occasionally we’re asked why we still use Twin Commanders for our cargo, given that many newer options are available.
